TA Aerospace FASTBLOCK^® 800 is a thixotropic two part water-based fire and thermal barrier ablative compound available in cast and trowelable version that cures to be a very low-density hard material. Drying/curing time depends of the thickness of the application. The compound is effective at all temperatures from -65˚F to +400˚F (-54˚C to +204˚C) and is able to withstand exposure to temperature of up to +2000˚F (+1093˚C) as per FAA AC 20-135.
