Fastblock® 101 Series – a solvent-free moisture cured aircraft firewall structure sealant/adhesive against passage of air, vapors and repair compound that may use to seal gaps and repair thermal blankets that have been torn or damaged. Sealing compound able to withstand flash temperature up to 2000˚F per FAA AC 20-135.

Fastblock® 200 Series –a solvent-based moisture cured fire barrier and thermal insulation coating for various application of aircraft firewall structure or other components. Coating compound able to withstand flash temperature up to 2000˚F FAA AC 20-135. Product shelf life 6 months @ 77°F, dry place in sealed outer container. Products are available in two colors off white and gray with two types, for brush on and spray application.

Fastblock® 300 Series – a two part addition cured low-density solvent-free aircraft firewall structure sealant/adhesive and fabrication molding compound. In uncured form, FASTBLOCK®301 is available as adhesive that cures in room temperature to provide excellent thermal and fire barrier characteristics. In the molded cured form FASTBLOCK®301 product is recommend for use in applications requiring outstanding thermal Insulation and fire barrier characteristics are desired. The cured FASTBLOCK®301 is effective at temperatures from -65˚F to +400˚F (-54˚C to +204˚C) and is able to withstand temperatures of up to +2000˚F (+1093˚C) as per FAA AC 20-135.

Fastblock® 306 Series – a two-part addition cured low durometer and low-density solvent-free aircraft firewall structure sealant/adhesive and fabrication molding compound. In uncured form, FASTBLOCK®306 is available as slow curing adhesive that cures to excellent thermal barrier characteristics. In the molded cured form FASTBLOCK®306 product is recommend for use in applications requiring outstanding thermal Insulation with limited fire protection capability characteristics are desired. The cured FASTBLOCK®306 is effective at temperatures from -65˚F to +400˚F (-54˚C to +204˚C) and is able to withstand temperatures of up to +2000˚F (+1093˚C) as per FAA AC 20-135.

Fastblock® 800 Series – a thixotropic water-based fire and thermal barrier ablative compound that cures to be a very low-density hard material.  This low odor water based thermal insulator compound has two version, cast or trowelable version (Fastblock® 800) and spray version (Fastblock® 810). Drying/curing time depends of the thickness of the application. The compound is effective at all temperatures from -65˚F to +400˚F (-54˚C to +204˚C) and is able to withstand exposure to temperature of up to +2000˚F (+1093˚C) as per FAA AC 20-135. Ultra low-density version is also available known as Fastblock®813.

Fastblock® 900 Series – a sprayable and brushable water-based fluorocarbon coating that provides an effective chemical barrier.
