TA Aerospace is proud to announce that Cristina Gonzalez, has won the quarterly award for Be The Best. This award is given to employees who demonstrate excellence, innovation and teamwork in their roles.

The Be The Best award is intended to nominate fellow employees to be recognized for special efforts, accomplishments or contributions for process improvement, key projects or support during critical business needs.

Cristina joined the finance team, after working in a production role. She quickly adapted to her new role and showed great initiative and skill and quickly made an impact within the department.

In addition to her finance duties, Cristina also volunteered to help out on the production floor during peak periods, bringing her positive attitude and energy to the team. She is always willing to lend a hand and support her colleagues in any way.
