Laser Cutting

Allows us to take new designs and immediately cut them in metal so that tooling delays are reduced during small runs and part development. This assures a minimal delay between initial test and manufacturing new parts.

Heat Treatment and Passivation

Our in house NADCAP certified oven and passivation tanks are able to reduce processing times and ensures our products are ready for assembly without outside lead times slowing us down.

Metal Forming

Our dedicated dies and presses form large quantities of metal clamps in a consistent and controlled manner assuring quality parts every time they're made.

Fusion Welding

Certified stainless steel and aluminum welders fuse both hinges and fasteners on our Flip-Loc and block assemblies. This guarantees that strength and durability in every part we sell

Vacuum Press

Our efficient vacuum press removes any trapped air out of the material during processing resulting in higher dimensional tolerances.

Calender Process

A calender is a series of hard pressure rollers used to convey silicone material and fabric into one part.
